Meanwhile, our Joondalup store is a Weber Specialist Dealer that also features iconic brands like the Big Green Egg, premium Beefeater BBQs, Ooni pizza ovens, and other outdoor essentials—ensuring your backyard is fully equipped.
We pride ourselves on offering top-quality grills, smokers, accessories, alfresco kitchens and expert advice for BBQ enthusiasts of all levels. What you'll be doing
* Greet and assist customers with their BBQ needs, offering expert advice on products and cooking techniques.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
* Manage inventory, restock shelves, and handle product returns.
* Participate in store events and promotions to engage with customers and drive sales.
* Stay up‑to‑date with the latest BBQ trends and products to provide informed recommendations.
Who we're looking for
For this role, we're looking for people that are:
* Enthusiastic about BBQs and outdoor cooking
* Friendly communicators who enjoy helping customers and thrive in a busy retail environment
* Proactive with strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation
* Reliable, positive, and motivated to reach sales goals
* Physically capable of standing, walking and performing hands‑on tasks for the entirety of a shift
* Able to safely lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 70kg) using safe handling techniques, with equipment or team assistance where required
The following are a plus (but not required) for the role:
* Knowledge about BBQs
* Previous cooking or chef experience
* Proficiency in SketchUp or similar design software
