An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Procurement Officer to join our client’s team for a short term contract supporting a broad range of goods, services, ICT, and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in procurement who can work independently and adapt quickly. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage medium and low-risk contracts Support the development of significant or higher-risk contracts Conduct contract negotiations and prepare procurement documentation Provide advice on procurement, contract renewals, and extensions Facilitate tender evaluations, due diligence, and probity processes Skills, Attributes and Experience: 2–3 years minimum procurement experience, ideally within the government or public sector Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work largely autonomously with minimal supervision Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong proficiency with ERP software Quick to learn and navigate systems and processes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
