Job Opportunity: People & Culture Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised professional to provide HR and WHS support across our teams.
The Role
* To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of Human Resource and WHS services at an esteemed organisation.
The People & Culture Coordinator is accountable for effectively delivering a range of human resource processes, including recruitment and selection, induction, staff development, and training records management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver human resource processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
2. Assist with the preparation of HR paperwork and correspondence.
3. Conduct risk assessments, including identification and implementation of preventative actions.
4. Coordinate and monitor WHS incidents, including incident investigation and monitoring corrective and preventative actions.
5. Undertake business support officer functions in times of absence or peak workloads.
6. Perform timesheet reconciliation.
7. Review and maintain internal processes, policies, and procedures relating to WHS and HR.
8. Assist with special projects as required.
