Why We Need You
Reece represents a major national showroom partner and an opportunity to introduce a new, exclusive Faucet Strommen collection developed specifically for their showroom network. This role has been created to ensure that this collection is launched, represented and supported with care, consistency and commercial focus across Reece showrooms nationally.
We are seeking a dedicated, commercially minded relationship owner to manage and grow this partnership. You will work closely with Reece to drive product engagement and specification, support and train showroom teams, and ensure the collection is positioned appropriately within their network. As the primary representative for Faucet Strommen within Reece, you will build trusted relationships, drive performance and support measured, sustainable growth.
Where You'll Work
You'll be based in Melbourne, with a comfortable, bright and modern office provided as your home base, along with the tools and autonomy needed to perform your role effectively.
You will spend time at our factory head office in Kerang, including an initial onboarding period and occasional visits thereafter (typically 1–2 days as required). Most of your time will be spent out in the field, working within showrooms, attending events, and meeting with key decision-makers, specifiers, agents and sales teams.
You'll work closely with our internal team and travel nationally as required to support our national showroom partner. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, balanced with strong support from a passionate, values-driven Australian manufacturing business, with a focus on collaboration and delivering strong outcomes.
The Role
This is a newly created role and a key hire for our business.
As National Account Manager – Reece Showrooms, you will own and manage Faucet Strommen's national relationship with Reece; our first major national showroom group. You'll be responsible for driving brand presence, product engagement and commercial outcomes across Reece showrooms nationally.
This role is ideal for a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who thrives on building trusted partnerships, influencing at scale, and being the face of a premium brand within a dynamic showroom environment.
What You'll Do
* Own and manage the national Reece showroom relationship
* Develop strong relationships with Reece leadership, showroom managers and teams
* Drive product specification, training and engagement across showrooms
* Deliver product presentations, launches and in-showroom training
* Identify opportunities to grow presence, range and performance
* Act as the key conduit between Reece and internal teams
* Melbourne based, with frequent interstate travel as a core part of the role
* Report on performance and important/helpful information
* Negotiate display space as required for effective and powerful brand exposure
* Log branch and consultant training into our CRM
* Plan your trip cycles and book ahead with Reece as required
* Log showroom visits and reports into CRM
* Understand the strategic direction of the company and develop strategy to support this.
* Build strong relationships with the marketing team in the company to ensure ideas and energy is captured and there is alignment on strategy.
* Develop your skills and always be improving
* Analyze and report on performance to ensure ROI and goals are being met
* Represent Faucet Strommen with a high standard of professionalism and presentation in all showroom and customer interactions
* Maintain a professional, well-presented appearance aligned with Faucet Strommen's premium brand standards when representing the business
Competencies and Experience Critical to the Role
· Proven experience in a national account, key account or senior showroom-facing role
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills
· Comfortable operating autonomously with national responsibility
· Experience in premium products, design-led brands, or the building/interiors sector highly regarded
· Commercially minded, organised and proactive
· Can juggle big-picture strategy with daily execution
· High levels of energy, resilience and self-motivation, with the ability to maintain momentum in a travel-heavy role
