Converge International is a wholly Australian owned organisation focused on wellbeing in the workplace. This expression of interest (EOI) is for Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors to work with Converge on a range of counselling, crisis response, training, conflict resolution, career counselling, assessment and consulting services in Australia.
Responsibilities
Provide short-term, solution-oriented interventions and debriefing services as required
Deliver counselling and related support to clients in fast-paced environments
Work with staff in large industry, government and corporate settings
Contribute to crisis response, training and consulting activities as part of the team

Able to work independently, manage caseloads, be proactive and quick-thinking
To Join Our Team, You Will Have
5 years of relevant experience post registration is desirable
Tertiary qualifications in Behavioural Sciences
Registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA / AASW)
Demonstrated skills in short-term counselling and psychological first aid
