Support Professional
This is a role centered around providing technical assistance and support to users across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day application support, assisting users in resolving issues, building their confidence in using systems, and maximizing the technology that underpins the business.
This position requires someone who enjoys helping others, has strong communication skills, and can provide guidance and support in a clear and supportive manner. Key responsibilities include supporting users with core systems, resolving issues, answering questions, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with IT and Product teams to ensure seamless operations and effective support.
The role also involves providing training and creating clear, user-friendly documentation. Furthermore, managing help desk inquiries and tracking trends to drive enhancements is an essential part of this job. Participating in testing new features and assisting with upgrades and updates will also be required.
A proactive attitude, coupled with experience working with financial systems or in a property-related business, would be highly beneficial.
