As the principal officer responsible for University management and accountable to the University Council, the Vice-Chancellor relies on a dedicated skilled team to ensure effective governance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence. The Office plays a pivotal role in coordinating executive functions, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives that shape UNE's future direction and success.
