Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and develop gallery exhibitions and programs.
* Support community engagement and education initiatives.
* Manage day‑to‑day gallery operations and administration.
* Coordinate with local artists, Indigenous communities and other stakeholders.
* Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in the arts or cultural sector (or comparable studies).
* Customer service experience.
* Proven cross‑cultural communication.
* A current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.
* Current WA "C" class driver's licence.
* IT and communication skills, proven organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to self‑manage and contribute to a team in a high‑pressure environment.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary up to $79,271 pro‑rata, living allowance up to $15,000 pro‑rata, plus the standard superannuation contribution and additional benefits listed above.
