Anglicare North Queensland's 'Track my way' program offers a pathway for young people aged 12-18 in out-of-home care to achieve independent living.

This role involves working with diverse young individuals, managing crisis situations and challenging behaviors.

A strong understanding of professional boundaries is essential, along with current certifications in First Aid & CPR, a QLD drivers license, Blue Card, national Police Check, and LCS2 check.
