Pediatric Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people and their families in Queensland.
* Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to children with diverse needs, promoting independence and quality of life.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique requirements of each client.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and goals for each client, informing effective intervention strategies.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners through open communication and empathy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
