This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.As Site Manager, you will:* Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.* Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.* Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.* Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.* Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.* Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.* Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.* Analyse site P&L; and initiate corrective actions where needed.* Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.* Drive succession planning and talent development.**What You’ll Bring*** Minimum 5 years’ management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.* Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.* Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.* Robust leadership, analytical, and communication skills.* Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.At Toll, we’re committed to smarter logistics and creating a workplace where our people thrive.
