As a Data Governance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Data Governance Manager by executing and monitoring data governance initiatives and ensuring accurate data management across the company, working with clients across Tech Hub to establish and reinforce data governance policies and standards, supporting data quality initiatives, and assisting in risk identification related to data handling and protection.

What you’ll do:
- Assist in implementing data governance policies and standards under manager guidance.
- Monitor data quality metrics to ensure accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
- Identify and resolve minor data governance issues; escape major concerns as needed.
- Support training sessions and develop communication materials on data governance.
- Help generate reports and contribute to maintaining data integrity and compliance.
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledgeable in data governance frameworks, data protection regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong communicator skilled at collaborating and promoting governance practices.
- Ability to analyse data quality/governance issues and apply basic data management tools.
- Provides technical expertise, solves complex problems, and supervises junior team members if applicable.
- Capable of annual prioritization, managing workload, contributing to large projects, and leading small improvements.
