Job Description
The Field Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all field service activities. This involves coordinating workflow and staff allocations to ensure timely completion of tasks, documentation is up-to-date, and jobs are invoiced promptly.
This role has 13 direct/indirect reports across the field service team.
Competitive salary and vehicle allowance will be discussed at phone screening stage. Uniforms will also be provided.

• Availability for after-hours calls
• Exposure to Dynamics AX & SAP
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Heavy diesel trade certificate and strong analytical skills required
