Kaliba are working with a Sydney-based Managed Service Provider who are looking to bring on a strong Level 2 Support Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from an MSP environment who enjoys taking ownership of issues and working across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve Level 2 escalations across multiple client environments
* Provide remote and occasional onsite support
* Work across Microsoft 365, Windows infrastructure, and end-user environments
* Support both Windows and macOS devices (Apple environments form a key part of the client base)
* Contribute to projects, migrations, and system improvements
* Maintain clear documentation and deliver strong client-facing support
Requirements
* Previous experience working within an MSP (essential)
* Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience
* Exposure to macOS environments (Jamf experience highly regarded)
* Solid troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, and basic networking
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage tickets end-to-end
