Customer Service Leader
Smokemart & Gift Box Northam is looking for a passionate Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process
* Store Administration
* Training & coaching of new team members
* Effectively delegating & managing the team
* Leadership & guidance to the team
* Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front
* Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations
* Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
As a Customer Service Leader, you will be responsible for providing regular assistance to customers and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. You will also have strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team members.
