Your new company
A National Managed Service Provider headquartered in VIC requires a Level 2 Support Engineer for a permanent opportunity based onsite for an NFP client in Adelaide's North commencing ASAP. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
* Providing 2nd level IT support to an NFP client.
* Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
* Delivering a high level of customer service.
* Installing, maintaining and expanding the IT Infrastructure for clients.
* Troubleshooting technical issues across multiple sites in Adelaide.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
* Prior experience providing level 2 IT support in a user-facing role.
* Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, VMware / Hyper-V, Hardware and LAN / WAN Networks.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
* Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation is highly advantageous.
* Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
