The Role:

* Standard office hours.
* Schedule Field Service Technicians' days to ensure their time is best utilized, minimizing distances travelled and maximizing time spent servicing and installing equipment.
* Processing technician paperwork i.e. service work orders, quotes, timesheets etc.
* Making changes to the planned work schedule in accordance with customer demands, priority levels, and capacity changes.
* Working collaboratively with the service department.
* Key role to allow for promotion within the business.
The Successful Applicant Should Have:
* Experience in a planning and/or scheduling role within a service, logistics, or manufacturing organization.
* Coordinating, Planning, Multi-tasking and problem solving are second nature to you.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional phone manner and customer service ability.
