About The Role
Our CPA Dubbo site has an established and experienced team with a strong MDT approach and high-level clinical expertise. There is a strong team culture developed over many years, fostering teamwork and collaboration on site. This role offers tailored flexible working arrangements to suit you and your family situation.
In this role, you will work with a varied client caseload, with 75% of clients living with cerebral palsy or similar conditions. The majority of your caseload will be paediatric (0-18).
A typical week as a therapist at CPA involves spending approximately 70% of your time onsite at our Gipp Street centre in Dubbo, with the rest supporting client appointments in their homes, schools, or community settings. Most travel is within Dubbo, but we also support clients across the Orana region.
You will have access to comprehensive and adaptive clinical education and supervision, including onsite visits and virtual sessions. CPA also offers flexible work arrangements that can be negotiated.

Pool cars, ceiling hoists, eye-gaze technology, toys, assessments, switch kits
Mini-gym including Treadmill
Magic Carpet
Surface Pro and Tobi eye gaze camera (AAC)
Accent 800 (AAC)
