Job Description
Lookingfor a MS Dynamics Functional Consultant having 7+ years of relevant DynamicsCRM experience
TheConsultant should be able to translate the business process into systemconfigurations & implementations of the business processes in MicrosoftDynamics CRM. The Functional SME will analyze complex business problems andhelp define the solution within the CRM system. Identify gaps and providetechnical expertise in business requirements for system functionalspecifications and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Other responsibilities include but are not limited tothe below.
* Interfaces withBusiness and IT cross functional teams to identify and resolve businesssystems problems and consults with various users to identify potentialimprovements.
* Perform gapanalysis: as-is vs to-be
* Documentfunctional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and businesscases
* Accuratelytranslate business requirements into functionality
* Manage requirements to meet business expectations
* Prioritizebusiness requirements and recommend changes to multiple businessprocesses.
* Assess the risksof various solutions looking across multiple applications
* Clearlyarticulate the impact of business problems and benefits using businesslanguage
Mandatory Skills
* Thoroughunderstanding of the CRM business functions for which applications areused.
* Demonstratedability to have successfully completed multiple implementations and/orplatform upgrade
* Ability toeffectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levelsincluding customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and managementrequired
