Investment Banking Analyst
The Analyst serves as a key member of the deal team working with Managing Directors, Directors, Vice‐Presidents, Associates and Interns.
Analyst Responsibilities Involve
* Preparing valuation materials, including peer trading and precedent transaction analysis
* Building and updating detailed financial and operating models (including but not limited to three‐statement models, DCF analysis, leveraged buyout models and merger models)
* Preparation of transaction documentation including engagement letters, process letters, flyers, information memorandums, management presentations, scheme booklets and Target's Statements etc
* Actively participating in transaction team, including liaising and working effectively with other team and overseas offices
* Play a key role in transaction execution by coordinating project workflows, managing due diligence processes and supporting senior bankers through each deal stage
* Assist and support senior bankers in the origination and management of client relationships by preparing marketing materials and contributing to business development initiatives
* Preparation and upkeep of market research and key databases, including gathering data on industry trends, competitors and macroeconomic factors
* Assist in general project management, including the management of data rooms and engagement with various stakeholders and c‐suite executives

* A keen eye for detail, strong numerical ability and logical reasoning
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
* Demonstrable commercial awareness and a real interest in transactions

* A strong track record of excellence in extra‐curricular activities alongside your studies
