About the Role
This is a full-time, site-based role reporting to the Electrical Supervisor. You'll be responsible for:
Performing electrical and instrumentation work across solar and hydrogen assets
Installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and equipment
Responding to alarms and system issues to minimise downtime
Supporting site upgrades and performance improvement initiatives
Participating in night shift work and call-out roster as required
Working closely with technicians, engineers, and safety teams to ensure safe and reliable operations
About You
You're a an experienced electrician with a strong technical background and a passion for renewables. You enjoy solving problems, thrive in the field, and are committed to safe, high-quality work.
What you'll need:
QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licence
Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control
Current QLD Driver's Licence
Solid experience using maintenance systems (e.g. work orders, inventory)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings
A proactive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
Interest in renewable and sustainable energy technologies
