About the Role
This is a full-time, site-based role reporting to the Electrical Supervisor. You'll be responsible for:
* Performing electrical and instrumentation work across solar and hydrogen assets
* Installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and equipment
* Responding to alarms and system issues to minimise downtime
* Supporting site upgrades and performance improvement initiatives
* Participating in night shift work and call-out roster as required
* Working closely with technicians, engineers, and safety teams to ensure safe and reliable operations
About You
You're an experienced electrician with a strong technical background and a passion for renewables. You enjoy solving problems, thrive in the field, and are committed to safe, high-quality work.
What you'll need:
* QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licence
* Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control
* Current QLD Driver's Licence
* Solid experience using maintenance systems (e.g. work orders, inventory)
* Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings
* A proactive, can-do attitude and team‐focused mindset
* Interest in renewable and sustainable energy technologies
