Associate Director, Governance and Planning

The day-to-day responsibilities
As the Associate Director, Governance and Planning, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of critical governance forums. Your role encompasses secretariat responsibilities, ensuring meeting agendas are aligned and outcomes are meticulously detailed. You will be pivotal in monitoring forum participation and advancing issues when necessary. Supporting non-financial risk governance and reporting, you will ensure our forums meet regulatory requirements and external audits. By partnering closely with senior leaders, legal, compliance, and risk functions, you will help craft a structured and well-detailed approach to customer and regulatory risk.
You will:
* Lead the design and execution of governance forums
* Act as a senior secretariat, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
* Support non-financial risk reporting and uplift
* Engage and influence collaborators to align with regulatory requirements
* Ensure governance activities meet the enforceable undertaking requirements
