What We're Looking For
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
* White Card (required before starting)
* Manual driver's licence and reliable transport
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Working at heights, solar, or roofing experience (advantage)
* First Aid / LVR (bonus)
The Role
You'll assist qualified electricians and installers on solar and electrical projects, including:
* Site preparation and safety setup
* Assisting with solar panel, inverter, and battery installations
* Cable runs, mounting equipment, and general labouring
* Roof-based work and system removals where required
* Maintaining a clean, safe worksite
You'll gain hands-on experience across solar, battery storage, and electrical systems, working closely with experienced tradespeople who will support your progression toward an apprenticeship.
