What You'll Be Doing
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the impound team—developing future leaders and creating pathways for success
Overseeing site operations to deliver top-tier performance, safety, and compliance
Managing customer accounts, financial oversight, and key reporting functions—your spreadsheets will be as sharp as your leadership skills
Collaborating with the Facilities Manager on long-term improvements and efficiencies
Cultivating strong relationships with customers and external agencies—you'll be the face of our site
Analyzing trends, driving innovation, and implementing smart solutions that make things better, faster, and more customer-friendly

What You Bring To The Table
