Key Responsibilities
* Client Service: Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
* Account Management: Handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain accurate client records from onboarding through to policy renewal.
* Claims Handling: Lodge and process claims within authority limits, refer complex matters, liaise with suppliers, and follow up disputes or outstanding claims.
* Administration & Compliance: Manage office processes, ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, and maintain Salesforce records.
* Business Development: Support marketing and sales initiatives, assist with proposals and tailored insurance quotes.
Requirements
