We are seeking a Commercial & Corporate Lawyer with 3-5 years post admission experience to join a well established, medium sized team in Melbourne. You will work with clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, e-commerce, transport, logistics, and family offices. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage your own matters, collaborate with a talented team, and gain exposure to complex corporate transactions. You will be involved in matters including sale of businesses, share sale agreements with earn-out arrangements, complex shareholder agreements, partnership and trust structuring, employee share plans, company secretarial work, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Your role will also involve advising clients on the Corporations Act, Australian Consumer Law, and PPSR regime, with a focus on providing commercially pragmatic solutions tailored to each client’s risk appetite.
