This role is responsible for supporting more than 50 CAs (head count) at both CA3 and CA4 level. These roles are managed in the AHSDM. They provide care across numerous services including acute inpatient services, subacute inpatient and outpatient services, outpatient clinics and community-based Post Acute Care and Transition Care programs and are located across the various facilities of the Sunshine Coast Health Service.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate staff allocations and rosters (including leave relief) across the various teams including the allocation of resources and Human Resource management
- Support Director to maintain financial management of designated CA position IDs.
- Support evaluation of service needs, caseload divisions whilst evaluating and ensuring the work life balance of the CA workforce is considered.
Remuneration value up to $8680 p.m., comprising salary between $ - $ p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA5) (Fixed Term Temporary Full Time for up to 12 months).
