We are looking for a Part-time **HR Business Partner **who will embody our values **Customer Driven, Listen Loudly, Dare to Try **and** Deliver on Promises**. **About the role**:
Our Human Resources team are a supportive team of seasoned professionals responsible for strategically guiding and leading the delivery of HR best practices, including strategic human resources, capability development & customer liaison.

The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the business to coach, guide and advise leaders to manage and lead their staff in a manner that delivers organisational strategic objectives and operational needs whilst complying with internal policies, procedures and legal requirements. It supports and drives HR initiatives, projects and HR cyclical activities.

The role requires broad HR generalist experience, a strong understanding of employment-related legislation and contemporary IR and HR practices, leadership ability, and proven consulting and stakeholder management skills.

- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner within a medium or large organisation;
- Experience in employee relations/industrial relations and policies and procedures;
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, conduct investigations and manage complex performance management and conduct issues;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or another related discipline.
