Your role will be to greet our clients, schedule appointments and manage our clinic calendar. Answer phones, billing and insurance processing. Maintain accurate patient records and support the optical team in all administrative tasks.
Proficiency in practice management software is required for billing and patient records management.
The Ideal Candidate will present a polished, fashion-forward appearance and demeanor.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Experience in luxury retail, optics, or hospitality preferred.
