About the Role
Fleetwood's Welders play a key role within our manufacturing and build process. Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, they are responsible for delivering high-quality work across a range of projects.
* Construction of building frames in accordance with plans
* Maintaining high standards of quality
* Operation of machinery and/or equipment
* Following work health and safety policies and procedures at all times
The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualifications, experience working as a Welder in a construction and/or manufacturing environment, and excellent communication skills. They will also demonstrate ability to read/interpret plans and specifications, knowledge of health and safety procedures, and possession of a Construction Induction Card.
