They have a strong focus onstaff retention and development, believing they are the real asset of the company and generate a true "family feel" to their company culture.Your JobTo be successful in securing this job you will have recent experience as a Site Manager on industrialprojects worth $5m and above. You will also have a proven track record of hitting key milestones on time and be able to demonstrate your “care factor” in the previous delivery of your projects.Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of the trades people and subcontractors on site and be able to push the project to achieve timely milestones.Great career progression is available as the company anticipates strong growth in the years to come, creating more opportunities internally.Your Experience and QualificationsMust have recent experience as a Site Manager on industrial and warehouse style projects with hard stand and tilt panel elements.QBCC Site Supervisors LicenseConfidence in your abilities to communicate with management and sub contractors alikeHave the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a teamExperience in writing reports, monthly and ongoingBe able to demonstrate a “safety first” mentality to everything you doYour CareerIn return, the successful candidate will be rewarded withworking for a leading company who offer anexcellent remuneration package.
