Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and serving customers for the service department.
* Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing.
* Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
* Coordinating daily service appointments.
* Meeting individual and team targets.
* Managing customer expectations.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
* Preparing for next-day appointments.
* Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face.
* Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution.
* Promptly invoicing customers.
* Effectively addressing customer concerns.
Specific skills required:
* Consistently creating a memorable customer experience.
* Explaining the value of vehicle services and repairs.
* Working cooperatively in a team environment.
* Genuine care for external and internal customers.
* Exceptional organizational skills with strong time management.
* Previous experience using Era Power DMS (highly regarded).
* Previous experience using Xtime booking system (highly regarded).
* Nissan, Mitsubishi, Kia, Subaru FCA brand experience highly regarded
* Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.
* Current driver's license is mandatory.

* High level of personal presentation.
* Strong computer skills and effective use of dealership DMS (EraPower).
