Job Description:
The Talent Development Coordinator is a key role in delivering recruitment and learning initiatives that support the organisation's people strategy.
This position manages end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as administers learning programs to build capability across the organisation. The coordinator ensures compliance through accurate data management and visa checks, while fostering a positive candidate and employee experience.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, this role partners to deliver recruitment and learning initiatives across the organisation. The Talent Development Coordinator embeds programs, enhances employee capability, and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings interview scheduling candidate screening offer support
2.
