Equipment Sales Specialist
This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers within a designated area, providing tailored advice and guidance to help them find suitable equipment solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Represent the company in machinery sales and build lasting relationships with customers.
* Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and competitive offerings.
* Participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
* Maintain accurate customer records using sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre.
* Adhere to a structured sales process to ensure smooth transactions.
* Conduct hands-on equipment demonstrations in the field.
* Assist customers with financing options for new and used equipment.
* Support customers post-sale by collaborating with Service Specialists to optimize equipment performance.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in equipment sales.
* Prior knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices is beneficial.
* Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions is required.
* Flexibility in work hours is essential.
* Able to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
