About The Role
This is a
full-time position
working
38 hours per week
, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the high presentation standards of our community. Your responsibilities will include:
* Edging, pruning, mulching, watering, and planting
* Maintaining gardens, lawns, paths, and communal outdoor areas
* Managing waste collection and bin placement on Mondays
* Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
* Responding to resident requests and supporting ad hoc gardening tasks
* Some minor maintenance tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to creating well-kept, welcoming outdoor environments. You'll ideally bring:
* At least 1 year of experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance
* Solid knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
* The ability to work independently and take initiative
* A warm, customer-friendly approach and good interpersonal skills
* Physical capacity to carry out manual tasks (lifting up to 15kg)
Experience in residential communities, retirement villages, schools, or commercial grounds is highly regarded.
