This company is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading distributors of consumer electronics. They partner with global brands and support them across retail, ecommerce and specialist channels. The business is expanding, operations are getting more complex, and the finance function is right at the centre of that growth.

This is a hands on Finance Manager role with real influence. You will improve processes, lift reporting quality, support commercial decisions and lead a capable team that services the entire ANZ business. What you will be responsible for
* Manage month end and deliver accurate, timely reporting
* Strengthen controls, compliance, governance and audit readiness
* Oversee AP, AR, inventory and cash flow to improve working capital
* Improve systems usage and reporting quality across ERP and BI tools
* Lead and mentor two Financial Accountants, building a high performing team
* Partner with Operations, Sales and Supply Chain on margin, inventory, rebates and commercial decisions

What you need to bring
* CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA
* Strong background in financial accounting or financial control
* Experience in distribution, consumer electronics or FMCG
* Technical strength in AASB and IFRS
* ERP experience, ideally NetSuite, SAP or similar
* Ability to lead a small team with confidence and care
* Advanced Excel and comfort with BI tools
* A commercial mindset, strong communication skills and a proactive approach
