About the role
Sammy D Foundation is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the CEO. This is a part‐time position, 0.6 or 3 days per week, based in our offices in Edwardstown, SA.
What you'll be doing
* Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting materials.
* Liaise with key stakeholders, senior executives and political members on behalf of the CEO and board.
* Assist with the coordination and organisation of special events and other projects.
* Meeting support including board meetings, minutes and papers.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Provide general office management support as needed.
What we're looking for
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
* Ability to speak to all of our stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem‐solving skills.
* A proactive and flexible mindset, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and leadership team.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Australian work rights are required at the time of application.
