Find out more and .**Your Opportunity**As an Asset Officer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive maintenance management services to tenants across our housing programs. This includes ensuring regular and emergency maintenance are kept up to date and tenants are well informed and supported in their requests. You will also play a key role in building strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal teams to support holistic and client-focused outcomes.**Your key responsibilities will be to:*** Identify our tenant's maintenance need, determine the priority, and communicate expectations to all parties.* Provide supervision and coordination of site contractors.* Undertake building/property maintenance tasks including inspections, scoping, quality audits as necessary and in a timely manner.
