As a highly skilled and experienced occupational therapist, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of therapists to deliver exceptional services to clients across the Ballarat region. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing therapy plans, and implementing interventions to support individuals with developmental and acquired disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized therapy plans

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support

* Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and quality of life

* Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless service delivery

* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform evidence-based practice

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
We are seeking an occupational therapist with:

* Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
">
* A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
">
* An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
">
* 4+ years post-grad experience working across disability and/or NDIS
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
">
* Capacity to lead and manage others
