About the Opportunity
As IPS Supply Support Lead at Austal Defence, you’ll be a critical member of the Integrated Product Support (IPS) team. You’ll oversee supply support planning and execution across a strategic shipbuilding program. Leading a team of analysts and equipage officers, you’ll analyse and manage provisioning, sparing, BOM stewardship, and inventory management to ensure product availability throughout the lifecycle. This role integrates supply data with technical and maintenance systems, mitigates obsolescence and warranty risks, and drives cost-effectiveness.

What’s Involved
* Lead supply support planning and provisioning
* Govern vessel equipage and outfitting
* Integrate Supply Support IPS elements and ERP systems
* Assure cataloguing, codification and warehouse operations
* Manage Supply Support, warranty, and supply chain risk
* Develop team capability and supplier performance
You’ll Need
* Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline Australian Government Security Clearance
* Bachelor's in engineering, Logistics, or Maritime Operations
* 8+ years’ experience in IPS/ILS supply support in complex maritime programs
* Proven application of IPS Supply Support practices and Defence Logistic Support Analysis
* Knowledge of Logistic Support Analysis to DEF(AUST)5691 or equivalent Standards
* Experience in Australian Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON), including developing provisioning and sustainment artefacts
