We're looking for someone who
* Is a registered Architect with 5+ years experience in property development specifically in Class 2 Residential / Mixed Use / Land Subdivision
* Has managed architectural design from concept through approvals and construction documentation.
* Is skilled at coordinating multi-disciplinary consultants and collaborating across planning, project management, and construction teams.
* Understands the commercial realities and constraints of development, balancing design quality with feasibility, cost, and buildability.
* Is self-driven, organised, and keen to build something from the ground up within a boutique developer environment.
* Cares about sustainability, community outcomes, and delivering high-quality built form that enhances lifestyle and value.
