Culinary Specialist Position
This role involves preparing and cooking meals for residents in our care service.
* Preparing daily meals for elderly residents in a timely manner
* Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and serving
* Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety practices
* Developing menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
About You
As a culinary specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of one year's experience as a commercial cook or chef
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders
