**Mission**:
To deliver exceptional business support working directly with our larger broker group executives and operational/compliance managers across Australia as well as with our Plan Australia, Choice Aggregation and FAST Partnership Managers who look after the brokers in these businesses.
- Working to deliver OKRs and strategic initiatives, including migration to MyCRM, embedding
MyCRM within broker businesses, lender panel engagement, delivering outstanding broker
experience, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Working across LMG to deliver good outcomes for PCF brokers, including across the relevant
functional areas such as, events, communications, commissions, accreditations, onboarding
and reporting.
- To meet these goals the role will be required to work effectively with key partners (operations
manager/CEO/Compliance managers etc) of strategic partners and Partnership Managers. As
well as more broadly across LMG and the functional areas, building strong relationships and
delivering outcomes for Broker Groups and the business.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Head of Strategic Partnerships, the role requires execution of the following tasks:
- Assistance in the development, delivery and coordination of Strategic Partners face to face and
digital events on a National, State and local level
- Assist to establish and coordinate white label and asset finance training and education events
for Strategic Partners and their brokers
- Work closely with local partnership managers to ensure a consistent delivery of aggregation services to Strategic Partners brokers
- Develop and grow revenue opportunities
- Assist in developing and maintaining Strategic Partner CVP and recruitment proposal pack
- Supporting the PCF team and Strategic Partners to meet compliance requirements, via the ACL
support program, BLSSA, QED and relevant changes to regulation and systems. Engaging
Strategic Partners to ensure they understand new regulation and any brokers within their groups
who need assistance
- Supporting the PCF leadership team with reporting, presentations and other administrative
tasks as required.
- Actively engage across LMG and the functional areas to build strong relationships and deliver
on PCF OKRs and strategic initiatives.
- Work on initiatives that make a clear and demonstrable contribution to key episodes for brokers,
including, initiatives around 'save you time' and 'keep you safe' and ensure Strategic Partners
have the same message for their brokers
- Represent PCF across change initiatives and process improvements across the group and
functions.
- Deliver business improvement within PCF to adapt and adjust to meet broker expectations and
business performance outcomes.
- Working across the Loan Market Group to maximise revenue and strategic value, become ONE
company.
- Build trust and long term relationships with brokers, lenders and across the industry
- Assistance in migration success to MyCRM of all Strategic Partners
**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a positive "can do" attitude and a willingness to contribute as required to ensure the team's success. You will have a minimum of 5 years in the broker industry in a fast paced and challenging environment.
