Financial Planning Manager Role
This leadership position is responsible for shaping the future of our business by driving financial performance and building on business growth as part of the finance team.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance FP&A capabilities across the group
* Lead consolidated reporting and forecasting processes, including commentary and analysis
* Partner with senior leaders to inform, support and shape strategic decisions
Requirements
You need to be a qualified accountant with 8+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A, ideally in FMCG or agribusiness. You should also have advanced skills in using FP&A tools beyond Excel; prioritisation and project management; and love developing, improving and lifting others.
