Job Description:
* Administrative Support: Provide high-quality support to the Chair, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and organizing travel.
* Practice Management: Assist the Chair in managing the financial aspects of their practice, including client reporting, billing, and expense documentation.
* Document Management: Manage and administer the processes of document creation, review, editing, formatting, and storage according to firm standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm, and possess strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
