, you'll be the

for customers in your territory, helping them with purchasing and service needs while unlocking new opportunities. Your mission?

*What You'll Do*
Proactively engage with target customers to uncover new business and upsell solutions
Build long-term partnerships that fuel growth
Collaborate across teams to deliver value-added services
Analyze data to ensure profitability and compliance
Champion customer satisfaction and boost NPS
Stay ahead with product training and continuous improvement initiatives
*What We're Looking For*
3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development
Proven success in industrial field sales (Industry / MRO / Electronics preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Business savvy with analytical mindset
Results-driven, proactive, and collaborative
Familiarity with SAP & Microsoft tools

E-commerce knowledge
Experience in Matrix organizations
Project management or Automation & Control expertise
