We are seeking qualified AC & Refrigeration Technicians and Electricians who hold relevant trade qualifications as well as experience in both residential and commercial work. These are full-time positions located in Canberra
with an immediate start.
In these roles, you will be responsible for:
* Installing and maintaining both residential and commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigerant systems to the highest standard.
* Servicing pre-installed air conditioning, refrigerant and other cooling systems with the ability to troubleshoot problems and issues.
* Repair and replace faulty wiring and defective parts.
* Complete assigned repair and preventative maintenance work orders in a safe, timely and professional manner.
* Examine blueprints, wiring diagrams and specifications to determine sequence and methods of operation.
* Install electrical switchboards.
* Measure and lay out insulation reference points.
* Connect electrical systems to power supply.
* Installation and maintenance of solar panels.
* Liaising and communicating effectively with clients during service periods in a professional, organised and friendly manner.
To be successful in these roles, you will possess the following:
* Hold Trade Qualifications and minimum of 1 years experience in AC Refrigeration/ Electrical work
* A Restricted Electrician's License (restricted to Refrigeration and Air-conditioning), for AC technicians or ability to obtain it within a given time
* Current A Grade QLD Electrical Workers License or ability to obtain it within a given time, for Electricians.
* Previous experience with split and ducted air conditioning systems
* A White Card prior to start
Salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
