This is an exciting opportunity to join the leading drinks agency in Global Travel Retail as a Brand Promoter for one of the world\'s largest producers of spirits and beers
DIAGEO.
You will represent S&C; and Diageo with positivity and professionalism, using promotional strategies to strengthen the customer-product-service relationship, increase brand awareness to achieve sales targets and gain share in the liquor category.
You will be part of a dynamic team, working within Melbourne Duty Free Stores being managed and employed by Sweet&Chilli.;
Sweet&Chilli; will cover the costs of public transport to and from Sydney International Airport as well as provide free parking.
Proactively promote Diageo products to drive sales
Achieve sales targets and KPI\'s.
Demonstrate link-sell and up-sell.
Generating brand awareness and excelling in customer service.
Upkeep of the most relevant brand training material and product releases.
Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Merchandising and assisting with stock management.
Complete all requested reporting within the deadlines
Always maintain a positive and professional attitude and outlook to customers and staff.
6am to 11am, 12pm to 7pm and 6pm to 11pm shifts available. Must be available on weekends
From 5th November 2025 to 1st Dec 2025 and 6th January 2026
About you...

Flexible in working hours and days
Reliable & hard working
Previous sales experience is essential
Minimum of 6 months sales experience required
Previous experience in Global Travel Retail / bar / hospitality would be an advantage
Must be able to provide relate police checks, pervious employment and residential address for the past 10 years to be eligible for an airport security pass (ASIC)
Candidates must be 21 years or older due to airport security requirements
Must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
