Client Services Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive exceptional client experiences.
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Client Services Team, ensuring timely delivery of key performance indicators.
* Develop and implement client service strategies that enhance client loyalty, satisfaction, and outcomes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for complex or high-value client issues, ensuring prompt and proactive resolution.
* Champion compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards, guaranteeing accuracy and security of data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and technology solutions that streamline service delivery.
* Mentor and develop a growing team, promoting internal growth, training, and a values-based culture.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a regulated environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Economics, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrated expertise in client service delivery, change management, and operational leadership.
* Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and client data governance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with CRM or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
