About the Role
As Assistant Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth for our international product portfolio and building brand awareness across multiple markets. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you'll assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, digital activations, and go-to-market strategies that deliver results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies for international markets
Managing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Reviewing influencer partnerships and monitoring campaign performance
Conducting ROI analysis and reporting on digital marketing effectiveness
Coordinating packaging projects and competitive market analysis
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
Occasional international travel
About You
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
2+ years' experience in brand management, social media, or marketing coordination
Strong digital marketing skills and familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
FMCG experience is highly regarded
